the king studio suite was quite spacious but the bed was absolutely too soft, almost like sleeping on a cloud of disappointment. the shower was a disaster, with water running all over while the faucet remained on, not what i expected at all. i thought a complimentary gesture would’ve been a nice touch, but alas, wishful thinking.

Would recommend for family with children
The front desk staff were accommodating, they helped me out with ice like it was nothing when I asked. And the bigger room upgrade was a nice surprise, made it easier for the kids to spread out.
It wasn't exactly a steal but was acceptable enough.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The two-bedroom suite was perfect for us, and the breakfast options were varied and delicious, with made-to-order omelets that kept us fueled for our adventures. We loved visiting the nearby University of Delaware and the local parks. Highly recommend for group trips!
Unfortunately, the main bathroom had a dirty paper towel on the floor, and the cleanliness could definitely use some attention.

I enjoyed my stay in the One-Bedroom King Suite, where the ample space allowed my family to relax comfortably. The free breakfast included delicious options like freshly baked croissants and unique items like overnight oats, making our mornings delightful. However, the cleanliness of certain areas could be improved, as there were some minor maintenance issues.

The fitness center had several pieces of broken gym equipment, which left a lot to be desired if you're planning to get a good workout. Issues with cleanliness stood out. the room had trash left behind, and the bathroom could have used a thorough scrubbing. Breakfast options lacked variety, with only minimal choices available, so don't expect a gourmet start to your day here.

The location across from the University of Delaware was incredibly convenient for attending events, which I appreciated. The breakfast was a standout. they offered unique options like overnight oats and chia pudding, which made mornings enjoyable. I also found the staff genuinely friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast crew, who made a great effort to keep everything well-stocked. However, there were some issues I couldn’t overlook. The room, while superficially clean, had a noticeable odor coming from the refrigerator that was off-putting. The ceiling fan was filthy and inoperative. Additionally, the facilities looked neglected. the pool was empty, and the grounds were overgrown with weeds. An overall feeling of wear and tear made the stay less than ideal.
